    • Our smallest package is intended for customers that only want a technical upgrade to SAP S/4HANA in a brownfield approach. Before a project can start, their systems must satisfy the following prerequisites:

      • Unicode
      • Business partners
      • Custom code adoption
      • Simplification items
      • New general ledger
      • New asset accounting

       

      To enable a modernization of this kind, the following general conditions must also be met:

      • Maximum of 250 users
      • One company code
      • Database ≤ 500GB

    • This package is intended for customers who primarily want to achieve a technical upgrade to SAP S/4HANA (brownfield approach), but have a larger organization. Before a project can start, their systems must satisfy the following prerequisites:

      • Unicode
      • Simplification items
      • New general ledger
      • New asset accounting

       

      The following general conditions must apply to enable this modernization:

      • Maximum of 1000 users
      • Five company codes
      • Database size ≤ 3000GB

    • This package is intended for customers who have their sights set on a technical upgrade to SAP S/4HANA and minor adjustments and optimizations they want to achieve during their transformation project (selective data transformation). Their systems do not have to satisfy any prerequisites before the project; they will be fulfilled during the process.

       

      The following general conditions apply:

      • Maximum of 1000 users
      • Five company codes
      • Database size ≤ 3000GB

    • This package is intended for customers that not only want to achieve a technical upgrade to SAP S/4HANA, but also see the need for adjustments and optimizations as part of their transformation project. As part of selective data transformation, we also remove unnecessary legacy data from the system in question to make it as lean as possible and keep the project costs under control at all times. The customer's systems do not have to satisfy any prerequisites before the project; they will be fulfilled during the process.

       

      The following general conditions apply:

      • Maximum of 1000 users
      • Five company codes
      • Database size ≤ 3000GB

    • Our all-inclusive, worry-free package is intended for anyone who thinks they need to achieve adjustments and optimizations as part of their transformation to SAP S/4HANA (through selective data transformation). Within these projects, all the requirements are drafted, specified, and realized in fit/gap workshops based on their priority in the backlog at hand. Legacy data is also removed from the target system to keep the instances lean and guarantee a successful go-live. The customer's systems do not have to satisfy any prerequisites before their SAP S/4HANA project starts; they will be fulfilled during the process.
