Elaborate roadmap to move the group companies to one SAP S/4HANA system
Building blocks had been elaborated for the main phases:
- Before S/4HANA implementation
- S/4HANA implementation
- After S/4HANA implementation
An agile approach will deliver fast feedback loops and tangible results in an early stage

The roadmap comprises the transition of several SAP systems with different releases to one Service Cluster SAP S/4HANA System
